I am a graduate of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Program. Member in good standing of CAHPI BC. I have been inspecting homes in the Comox Valley since 2007.
Past Experience:
I worked in residential construction in Ontario, building and renovating homes for 15 years.
I also worked in building sciences with Retrotec, a company that specialises in testing efficiency of building envelopes, having been instrumental in setting up their Vancouver manufacturing division before it was moved to Bellingham Washington.
I owned and operated a wood working business in White Rock, BC that specialized in stairs and stair railings. Our craftsmanship was used in many of the Hospital Lottery Homes and in the P.N.E. Prize Homes for many years.
I am a graduate Geologist having worked in mineral exploration for over 15 years in several countries.
